UX Senior Designer

UX Senior Designer at Murex to ensure consistent and unified user experience across all Murex products.

Responsibilities

• Interact with different departments to transform client needs into functional and technical specifications
• Provide User Experience expertise to functional and technical teams involved in the MX.3 product life cycle
• Share projects with the UX team to raise the collective level of knowledge and ensure alignment with the MX.3 Design System
• Contribute to the Design System by participating in dedicated meetings, writing guidelines, and communicating about its value and usage
• Contribute to the User Experience strategy deployment (UX principles and process)
• Develop the understanding of Murex employees as regards to User Experience aspects (trainings, guidelines, workshops)
• Work with UI designers when required by the projects (define deliveries and ensure the follow-up)

Requirements

• Graduated from a master’s degree in Cognitive Sciences/Ergonomics
• Strong knowledge and experience in UX design of 5 years minimum
• Prior experience in the software publishing industry is a strong asset
• Worked in a team with other UX and UI designers
• Used a Design System, and ideally participated in its creation/maintenance
• Not afraid of working in a complex, technical environment
• Interest in continuous improvement of solutions and processes
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork
