As a Service Designer, you will work in an agile and user-centered environment, participating in strategic projects aimed at rethinking complex user journeys and designing high-value-added services. Responsibilities
- Conducting user research combining semi-directive interviews, on-site observations, concept tests, and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
- Realizing strategic design deliverables: personas, journey maps, experience maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps
- Designing and animating co-creation and convergence workshops (ideation, framing, prioritization, storyboarding...)
- Prototyping services at different levels of fidelity (low-fi, mid-fi)
- Collaborating in pair design with UX/UI designers and in tandem with Product Owners
- Formalizing functional specifications and value hypotheses to test
- Ensuring the omnichannel coherence of user paths and alignment with product strategy
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in design de service, ideally in agile environments or transformation
- Mastery of design thinking, user research, and facilitation
- Excellent capacity to structure, synthesize, and formalize service paths and concepts

- Good prototyping skills (low and mid fidelity)
- Knowledge of tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.
