UX Designer sénior H/F - H/F

Join our team as a Senior UX Designer. You will be responsible for conducting user research, building effective user journeys, designing wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with UI Designers and Developers. You will also participate in team skill development and continuous improvement of practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and derive actionable insights
• Build effective, accessible, and value-oriented user journeys
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with UI Designers and Developers to transform ideas into concrete solutions
• Animate or contribute to co-design workshops or product definition
• Critically review projects and challenge choices constructively
• Contribute to team skill development and continuous practice improvement

Requirements

• Master's Degree in UX Design
• At least 5 years of experience
• Polyvalent, curious, and autonomous
• Mastery of UX methods and research techniques
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and Axure
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of web and mobile constraints and accessibility
