Join Hermès, an iconic luxury house, as a UX/UI Designer. You will be responsible for designing and developing digital interfaces, optimizing the user experience. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and be involved in the evolution of the Hermès Design System. A confirmed experience of minimum 10 years in UX/UI design is required, as well as proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design user needs using user-centered methods
- Define and model user journeys
- Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Produce supplementary graphic supports
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Initiative and ability to work with business teams
- Analytical thinking and autonomy
- Creative mindset and user-centered methodology
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluent English (read, write, speak)
