Responsibilities
- Co-lead the Trust & Safety product squad
- Design internal tooling for moderators
- Partner with data and ML teams
- Analyze usage data, conduct research, and perform competitor analysis
- Contribute to Yubo’s design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or client-facing tooling
- Proven ability to lead design in cross-functional teams
- Strong interface design and usability skills, especially mobile
- Comfort with data and experimentation
- Ownership and autonomy
- Constructive feedback skills
