Join Thiga, a company convinced that design is an accelerator of responsible growth. As a Product Designer Consultant, you will work immersed with the client or accompany them in designing their design strategy. You will collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams, train internal teams in design best practices, and contribute to defining the product roadmap. You must have at least 5 years of experience in the field and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to establish a clear Design vision aligned with user and business objectives
- Train internal teams on best practices in Design
- Contribute to product roadmap definition with a user-centered perspective
- Define user flows and create interfaces
- Supervise user journey and interface consistency across platforms
- Promote the strategic value of Design to stakeholders
- Establish and evolve Design processes, tools, and rituals, including Design System improvement, Research, data usage, and AI deployment in the team
- Set up performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Design impact on business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with measurable impact, ideally with a varied background (Scale-ups, large groups, Consulting)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations
- Ability to develop trust with clients
- Diplomacy skills to present ideas and manage stakeholder relationships
- Curiosity about Product Design, AI, and Product Management
- Humility to learn from mistakes
- Fluent in English
