Product designer

Join LegalPlace, a fast-growing company specialized in digital legal and accounting services. As a Product Designer, you will be in charge of designing our accounting platform and professional account, LegalPlace Pro. You will collaborate with a team of 20 developers, 5 product managers, and 1 other designer. You will participate in user research, design mockups and prototypes, and contribute to the roadmap and functional and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to build the best digital legal and accounting services in France
• Participate and contribute to the Discovery phase (from problem framing to solution definition through user research)
• Prepare and lead user interviews, usability tests, and other research sessions in collaboration with Product Managers
• Advocate for users by centralizing and analyzing feedback and data collected
• Design and produce mockups/prototypes based on the Design System
• Collaborate with teams to maintain the Design System used across LegalPlace and LegalPlace Pro
• Contribute to functional and technical specifications
• Participate in the product roadmap and processes

Requirements

• More than 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer
• Ability to conduct user research and transform insights into concrete solutions
• Mastery of Figma
• Experience working within a product team (PM/PO and Dev)
• Excellent UI/UX design skills
• Regularly follow the latest trends and innovations in UX/UI design
• Propose ideas on UX/UI design trends
• Sensitivity to UX Writing (plus)
• Experience in a regulated and administrative domain (banking, insurance, etc.) (plus)
• Affinity for data analysis (plus)
• Experience working on mobile apps (plus)
