Join The One Studio as a Product Designer. You will be at the heart of digital product evolution, imagining and designing innovative user experiences. You will work closely with development, marketing, and project management teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand needs and challenges
- Design intuitive user journeys and interactive mockups with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Collaborate with development, marketing, and project management teams for smooth and consistent design implementation
- Conduct user tests to adjust design solutions
- Ensure interface compliance with best practices in usability and accessibility
- Stay updated with design trends and technological innovations
- Participate in creating the design community at TOS and evangelizing the methodology to prospects and clients
- Use tools like Hotjar and Contentsquare to analyze user behavior
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI, with a specialization in Mobile / App
- Mastery of design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision) and user analysis tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare)
- Passion for product design with strong user needs understanding and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with different departments
- Experience in creating and managing design systems
- Methodical and user-centered approach with a strong service mindset
- Willingness to contribute to the design community at The One Studio
