Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a product squad alongside a PM and Tech Lead to steer discovery, delivery, and impact.
• Turn KPIs into actionable design hypotheses and guide your squad toward data-informed decisions, paving the way for fast experiments over long research cycles.
• Coach and mentor designers through weekly design critiques, giving consistent and fair feedback during but also outside of team rituals.
• Shape the product’s design strategy by translating high-level goals into concrete design principles, and ensuring our design system scales cleanly across iOS, Android and web.
• Identify and fix friction in our design and product development workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing features for high-volume consumer apps and at least 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong skills in interface design, usability principles, and design systems.
• A product-oriented mindset: You understand the importance of data and business requirements and their impact on design without sacrificing user experience.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and excel at communicating with cross-functional teams, ideally in a squad system.
• A strong sense of ownership and autonomy, balanced with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
• Passion for designing products that make a difference in the lives of millions of users.
