Product Designer

Rejoignez Qantev, une start-up technologique innovante dans le domaine de la santé. En tant que Product Designer, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des chefs de produit, des ingénieurs et d'autres parties prenantes pour créer des expériences produit intuitives et percutantes. Vous serez responsable de la traduction des exigences produit complexes en interfaces utilisateur simples et élégantes, ainsi que du développement de directives de conception détaillées. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de planifier et d'exécuter des initiatives de recherche utilisateur complètes et de transformer les résultats de la recherche en stratégies de conception exploitables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Translate complex product requirements into simple and elegant user interfaces.
• Develop detailed design guidelines and documentation.
• Partner with product management to integrate user-centered thinking.
• Foster a strong design culture through mentorship and collaboration.
• Plan and execute comprehensive user research initiatives.
• Transform research findings into actionable design strategies.
• Drive key product metrics including user engagement, feature adoption, and satisfaction.
• Establish design standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS B2B environments.
• Proven track record of translating user insights into successful design solutions.
• Excellent design craftsmanship with ability to quickly master new UI patterns.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and rapid prototyping methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive at seeking and implementing feedback.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Eagerness to experiment with new tools and UI trends.
• Fluency in English, French and additional languages are a plus.
