Join audibene, a fast-growing health-technology company, as a (Senior) UX Designer. In this role, you will work with the product development team to create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for our applications. You should have a strong background in UX design, proficiency in design software (Figma), and problem-solving skills. The position is based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitive user flows
- Conceptualize and design wireframes and clickable prototypes
- Turn wireframes into polished designs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems
- Iterate wireframes with test user groups
- Plan and execute user research and usability testing
- Lead creative explorations from product discussions
Requirements
- Knowledge in UX Design
- Portfolio with proven experience
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (Figma)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Knowledge in product research and management (advantage)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript (plus)
- Language proficiency in English (German is a plus)
