(Senior) UX Designer (f/m/x)

Join audibene, a fast-growing health-technology company, as a (Senior) UX Designer. In this role, you will work with the product development team to create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for our applications. You should have a strong background in UX design, proficiency in design software (Figma), and problem-solving skills. The position is based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitive user flows
• Conceptualize and design wireframes and clickable prototypes
• Turn wireframes into polished designs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems
• Iterate wireframes with test user groups
• Plan and execute user research and usability testing
• Lead creative explorations from product discussions

Requirements

• Knowledge in UX Design
• Portfolio with proven experience
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (Figma)
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Knowledge in product research and management (advantage)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript (plus)
• Language proficiency in English (German is a plus)
