Responsibilities
- Design and prototype: create innovative wireframes, mockups, and technical prototypes
- Collaborate with dev team: participate in technical rituals, specify UX needs with technical constraints
- Innovate with tech: explore new possibilities (ML, APIs, sensors) for different experiences
- Bridge business-tech: translate marketing objectives into creative technical solutions
- Measure and optimize: analyze usage, test interactions, and optimize for performance
- Team management: may mentor another collaborator
- Web design: update SKEZI website information, design via Webflow
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Interest in current UX/UI best practices
- Understanding of web/mobile development constraints
- Knowledge of design and UX resolution steps
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma)
- Interest in health research and innovation
- Autonomy and ability to take initiative
- Decision-making skills for project progress
