Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and user research sessions.
- Ensure continuous delivery on the scope of the product with the right level of quality.
- Contribute to the team effort, review peers, and tackle transversal topics.
- Mentor juniors Product Designers.
- Participate in the recruitment of new team members.
- Remain on the look out for the best UX/UI practices and implement new processes.
Requirements
- The ability to understand problems and empathise with users through user research and data analysis.
- Experience working closely with dedicated developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Great communication skills and the ability to share knowledge.
- Excellent visual design skills with experience working on complex systems.
- The ability to document design decisions and work with engineers and product managers.
- Experience generating new opportunities and ideas to improve processes, products, and culture.
- Hands-on experience coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to run user interviews in French.
