As a Lead Product Designer at Xero, you'll shape product strategy, vision, and experiences, driving meaningful outcomes for small businesses and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Drive design best practices and uphold standards, creating high-quality, customer-centric experiences
- Craft compelling product visions and tackle cross-portfolio design challenges
- Lead advanced quantitative and qualitative research
- Plan and lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to the future vision of your product area
- Provide design leadership and mentor other designers
Requirements
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates ownership and impact across a range of product design facets
- A degree, or training in design or a related field
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring design teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A deep understanding of user-centred design principles
