ION seeks a Senior UX Designer to translate user insights into engaging and intuitive user experiences for complex B2B products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs
- Deliver design projects from concept to completion
- Lead some projects or initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and processes
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in UX design
- A portfolio of work you can share and present
- Good knowledge of Figma
- Solid knowledge of creating prototypes and conducting usability testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Key Skills
- Experience in designing complex applications
- Experience in Banking and finance
- Experience with other design and research software e.g: Miro, Adobe XD Dovetail…
- UX research experience and techniques
- Stakeholder management
