Graphic Designer (Mid/ Senior level)

Join a global consultancy team in Kyiv, Ukraine, as a Designer to create graphic identities, develop presentations, and optimize design processes.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic identity for events, initiatives, and social campaigns
• Develop design-analytical presentations, visual materials for projects
• Work in close cooperation with consulting, communication, and analytics teams
• Optimize templates in Figma, PowerPoint, Illustrator
• Prepare layouts for printing (banners, badges, booklets, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the company's brand style in all visual materials
• Support the improvement of design processes and implement new approaches to data visualization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or complex themes)
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint
• Understanding of composition, typography, color, visual hierarchy
• Ability to present solutions and adapt designs to business objectives
• High level of independence and organizational skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• English — B1 or higher, both written and spoken
