Join our Software team to design and build the user experience for our fleet monitoring dashboard, combining user-centered design with modern frontend development.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our fleet monitoring dashboard using Figma, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions, while maintaining a cohesive design system and component library
- Develop responsive and accessible frontend components in Vue.js, implementing designs with pixel-perfect accuracy using modern CSS
- Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data while optimizing performance and ensuring cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complex telemetry data into intuitive user interfaces
- Actively contribute to product strategy through design critiques and cross-functional input
Requirements
- 4+ years combining UX/UI design with frontend development
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Advanced skills in Figma, with experience in design systems
- Experience designing interfaces for complex data and analytics
- Background in B2B SaaS, IoT dashboards, or energy/sustainability tools
- Experience with build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
- User research, usability testing, and data-driven design experience
- Startup experience or desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Experience designing interfaces for complex data and analytics
- Experience with build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
