Diseñador UX Semi-Senior

Ki Technologies is hiring a UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience in enterprise banking products or complex products to design user experiences and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Research the business, market, and users to define an experience strategy
• Design the product's user experience to be intuitive and fluid, considering user and business needs
• Participate in creating user stories from the experience perspective, providing necessary acceptance criteria
• Define the product's information architecture to coexist with the product ecosystem
• Present solutions through prototypes and interactions
• Propose ways to measure new functionalities or modifications (usage, conversion, interaction)
• Perform web diagnostics using tools like benchmark and heuristic analysis
• Use tools to validate hypotheses or identify issues in digital product experiences
• Make product owners aware of experience breaks and improvement opportunities in their backlogs
• Work directly with the client
• Design interfaces in collaboration with other UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Participate in wireframe co-creation sessions, navigable mockup design, interactions, and interface interaction deliverables
• Be an active part of discovery, creation, prototyping, and testing processes
• Ensure best practices in interaction, consistency, visual patterns, accessibility, etc.

Requirements

• Reside in Santiago de Chile and be available to visit the office twice a week
• Understand principles of usability and User-Centered Design (UCD)
• Know usage patterns for web and mobile devices
• Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and the work team
• Interpret data from analysis to make decisions
• Detect user behavior patterns
• Organize and prioritize information
• Use quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of multiplatform design components and principles
• Proven experience as a UX Designer for 3-4 years
