UX Designer at Rakuten Travel responsible for site improvement and content design to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Work as a UX Designer responsible for site improvement and content design
- Realize designs that improve the experience using a cycle of prototyping, user testing, and results analysis
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs
- Promote various development projects for building design systems, new services, and PoC
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UX and project management
- Knowledge of HCD (Human-Centered Design)
- Proposals for new services and improvements based on user research
- Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and site performance
- Experience in launching and improving applications
- Experience in operating and managing e-commerce sites and large scale sites
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
