Lead a digital design team in Zagreb, shaping exceptional digital experiences for international clients.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy and insights into well considered journeys, wireframes and visual interface designs rooted in robust design principles
- Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders, handling input and managing feedback
- Collaborate with global DEPT® colleagues to help international clients reach their digital goals
- Foster a design-driven culture through knowledge sharing, best practices, and inspirational leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as UX/UI designer at an agency or renowned brand
- Experience with diverse digital design projects for large brands
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion
- A great communicator that is not afraid to take initiative
- Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must
- Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools is a big plus
- Working proficiency in English
