(Senior) UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)

ZEAL Network SE seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the app experience for LOTTO24 and Tipp24, focusing on user research, design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from user research to final implementation
• Identify user needs and challenges to generate ideas, guided by KPIs and data-driven hypotheses
• Leverage app possibilities to enhance user experiences and balance distinctness of app and web experience
• Take over the UI responsibility for apps, delivering visually stunning interfaces and ensuring visual consistency
• Support on improving and maintaining the overall LOTTO24 design system
• Create, visualize and communicate ideas, features and customer journeys
• Optimize conversion flows while maintaining trust and credibility
• Validate ideas through iteration and user feedback, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating relevant innovations
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on apps
• Expertise in UX and UI design, including creating deliverables across various fidelities
• Deep familiarity with iOS and Android design patterns and guidelines
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping tools, and scalable design systems
• Deep knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices
• Experience conducting and collaborating on user research
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
