Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer at Angel Studios to elevate the look and feel of the platform and create high-quality graphics for various communication vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Support developing visual brands for new projects.
• Oversee design strategy and execution of design tasks.
• Execute and lead design for multiple film projects.
• Supervise the application of brand guides.
• Design ads, web mockups, emails, soft goods, printed materials, and brand systems.
• Collaborate in worldwide advertising campaigns.
• Help ideate campaigns and present designs and brand concepts.
• Partner with copywriters to ensure voice support.
• Meet tight deadlines and handle last-minute projects.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience in graphic design.
• 2-3 years of agency experience or similar diverse workload.
• Minimum of two years (non school/outside of school) experience.
• 5+ years professional experience in graphic design (preferred).
• Experience with the Angel Guild (preferred).
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Key Skills

• Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and presentation software.
• Robust design portfolio with print and web, including branding.
• Basic web design experience (landing pages using programs like Wix).
• Experience in motion design (plus).
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
• Excellent people skills and communication.
• Ability to communicate design elements to non-designers.
• Eager to work outside comfort zone.
• Exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and design programs.
• Detail-oriented perspective.
• Organization and time management.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Resourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks with ambiguity.
• Willing to perform an array of tasks both in and out of the office.

• Ability to quickly learn new skills related to new programs.
