Product Designer Senior

Responsibilities

• Understand product context, objectives, and value delivery.
• Define project scope, requirements, rules, dependencies, risks, and limitations.
• Define clear and measurable success metrics.

• Understand business KPIs and performance data.
• Identify trends and opportunities through benchmarking.
• Define solution scope using various design tools.
• Think through system architecture and use cases.
• Create wireframes for quick content and flow validation.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes respecting brand guidelines.
• Create detailed handoffs for development.
• Analyze project results and iterate solutions.
• Mentor junior designers.
• Lead design processes from concept to launch.
• Align design with business goals and user needs.
• Create and maintain design systems.
• Communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product design.
• Strong system vision and experience in designing scalable platforms.
• Experience in conducting user research and validating hypotheses.
