Design and create graphics to meet promotional needs for Offchain Labs, focusing on blockchain scaling solutions and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Design and create graphics for promotional needs.
- Create concepts and designs for blockchain concepts.
- Determine layout design of educational materials.
- Create visual assets for blockchain conferences, developer documentation, and technical whitepapers.
- Create, refine, and enforce brand guidelines.
- Design and produce visual content for marketing materials.
- Develop original graphic design solutions.
- Drive creative consistency across company touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback.
- Ensure brand alignment with external design agencies.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends.
- Own the quality and success of major design initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Technical Illustrator, or similar role.
- 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, typography, and branding systems.
- 3 years of experience designing digital and physical applications.
- 3 years of experience implementing brand guidelines and translating complex technical concepts.
- 3 years of experience balancing creative exploration with business objectives.
- 2 years of senior-level art and design experience in tech or fintech.
- 2 years of experience handling blockchain user experience challenges.
- 2 years of experience representing technical blockchain data through data visualization.
- 1 year of experience utilizing Arbitrum and Ethereum ecosystems.
