Experience Designer

UX Designer for Zynga's Racing business, responsible for designing player-centered UX for new features, events, and onboarding experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Design player-centred UX for new features, events, and onboarding experiences—from wireframes to detailed flow diagrams and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, UI artists, PMs, engineers, and QA to align player experience with system complexity
• Drive usability improvements in existing systems (e.g. events, car collection, progression) based on player pain points, telemetry, and feedback
• Work within and extend CSR2’s UX patterns and design systems, balancing innovation with consistency
• Document and communicate UX specifications clearly to ensure smooth implementation by development teams
• Participate in user testing and iterate based on findings from data, feedback, and intuition

Requirements

• 2–5 years of UX experience in games or interactive products (mobile F2P strongly preferred)
• A portfolio showcasing clean flows, thoughtful wireframes, and rationale behind design decisions
• Strong understanding of F2P systems, mobile design patterns, and player motivations
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Able to balance player empathy with business and technical constraints
• Self-starter who can own UX on complex features and contribute to the larger UX strategy
