CSG is hiring a Graphic Designer to improve user experience and design content for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, focusing on interaction/UI design, UX design, and graphics design.
Responsibilities
- Contribute towards improving each phase of the user's complete life cycle
- Interpret the product involvement and discuss with colleagues
- Collaborate with more senior team members, gather requirements and assess target application/landscape
- Determine how best to represent a concept and create mock-ups and prototypes
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and specific iterations
- Design graphic user interface elements, storyboards, process flows, site maps and other materials as needed for concept development and project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field focusing on interaction/UI design, UX design, and graphics design
- Experience in user research and testing
- Experience in modern digital design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe CC)
