Remote Full-time Lead
Elevate Labs seeks a Staff Product Designer to lead complex design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful experiences for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex design projects, delivering beautiful and creative results
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to solve deep problems with simple and elegant solutions that deliver value to our customers
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate decisions and advocate for design excellence
- Foster talent by mentoring fellow designers to help them develop and improve their skills
- Work lean and fast as part of a small, high-impact, and high-output design team
- Directly influence product and company decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on beautifully designed mobile products
- Design portfolio that demonstrates outstanding UX and UI work
- Deep-rooted user empathy and excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Comprehensive understanding of mobile design patterns
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Collaborative and communicative, with a track record of giving and receiving impactful feedback
- Bonus: Experience building or working with meditation, educational, or puzzle-based experiences
- Experience working in a fully remote work environment with teammates operating across various time zones
- Experience with motion design and animation using tools such as After Effects or Rive
