MMA Architects seeks a visionary graphic designer to craft dynamic visuals, animations, and 3D experiences using AI tools, focusing on brand dominance in digital spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Design that Inspires - Craft stunning graphics for digital, social, and print, from branding to dynamic presentations.
  • AI-Powered Innovation - Use AI-driven tools like Adobe Sensei, RunwayML, and MidJourney to push the limits of design.
  • Social-First Thinking - Create viral, high-impact content that gets attention (and business) across digital platforms.
  • Motion & 3D Expertise - Develop animations, video content, and 3D visuals that elevate our storytelling.
  • Creative Independence - Understand MMA’s vision and execute without micromanagement—just big ideas and bold execution.
  • Trendsetting Mindset - Stay ahead of AI, design, and marketing trends to keep MMA at the cutting edge.

Requirements

  • Design Mastery - Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, and AI-powered design tools.
  • AI & Automation Skills - Knowledge of using AI for ideation, automation, and efficiency.
  • Content & Social Fluency - Understanding of algorithms, engagement, and creation of visually arresting content.
  • 3D & Motion Savvy - Proficiency in 3D software, animation, and video editing.
  • Autonomy & Hustle - Initiative, fast work, and ability to execute without micromanagement.
