Token Metrics seeks a UX Researcher to design and conduct user research to improve crypto investing tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs
- Analyze user interactions with the platform and on-chain activities
- Leverage blockchain data and tools to complement user research
- Partner with designers to turn research findings into actionable UX recommendations
- Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points, motivations, and goals
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Stay plugged into Web3 UX trends and crypto market dynamics
- Present research insights and design proposals to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to iterate on features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX research, user experience design, or a related field
- Crypto-native: Active participant in the blockchain ecosystem
- Proven on-chain experience
- Deep knowledge of user research methodologies and design principles
- Exceptional communication skills
