UX/UI Designer to evaluate, redesign, and modernize existing user interfaces with a focus on user experience and modern design trends.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze existing UI/UX designs
Collaborate with business users to understand goals and pain points
Partner with tech teams to ensure designs are feasible and scalable
Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
Define a UX/UI roadmap for modernization and future-ready solutions
Build or refine UI design systems and ensure consistency
Promote design thinking and educate stakeholders on UX best practices
Stay current with UX/UI trends and continuously improve design processes

Requirements

Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar
Strong knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and component-based design
Understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks
Experience in designing for accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools
