Web Designer III

Seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization Designer to create conversion-driven web pages and work with cross-functional teams to hit KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship conversion-driven pages
• Build desktop and responsive layouts for trials, demos, and revenue
• Work with Growth Marketing, PMs, SEO, and Engineering to hit KPI targets
• Elevate the visual system with motion, micro-interactions, and new patterns
• Use A/B tests, heatmaps, and analytics to refine copy, hierarchy, and visuals
• Document specs in Figma and hand off clean files to dev
• QA in staging before release

Requirements

• 4+ years of designing marketing or product web experiences
• Proven track record of lifting engagement or conversion rates (show numbers)
• Mastery of Figma design systems, prototyping, and component libraries
• Deep grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and UX heuristics
• Experience designing for SEO, Core Web Vitals, and lead-gen funnels
