Senior Digital Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead full design lifecycle for complex features and products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Apply design thinking and conduct usability testing

• Clearly communicate design concepts and user journeys to stakeholders
• Contribute to design systems and mentor junior designers
• Manage projects independently, and champion user-centered design

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Design or Visual Communication, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in product design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills on complex problems
• Expert in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects
• Strong communicator, skilled at articulating design concepts
• Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and advocacy
• Experienced in agile development environments
• Contributes to design systems and component libraries
