Senior Web Designer

Web Designer position at Assured, a technology-driven insurance company, focusing on modernizing insurance claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Creating compelling and responsive cross-platform websites
• Translate brand strategy into interactive experiences
• Collaborate with web developers for design implementation
• Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
• Support growth and performance marketing with creative
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to bring ideas to life
• Support light motion, video, or interactive storytelling (bonus)

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, interactive design, UI/UX, or product design
• Deep experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in interactive prototyping, wireframing, and storyboarding
• A refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
• Strong portfolio of interactive design projects
• Strategic thinker
• Familiarity with performance design and working alongside growth or web teams
• Experience with motion design, 3D, or CSS (bonus)
