A long-term, W2 contract position for a Senior Experience/Product Designer in the Bay Area, CA, with onsite requirement 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Use design thinking and UX methodologies to solve problems.
- Communicate design concepts clearly across different audiences.
- Create high-quality UX deliverables based on user goals.
- Leverage and champion the design system and style guide.
- Use data to inform design decisions and test assumptions.
- Lead moderated and unmoderated user testing of designs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years designing digital products/experiences in an agile development environment.
- Experience designing digital products in an agency setting.
- Experience working with design systems and style guides.
- Portfolio showcasing modern design work.
- Proficiency with Sketch and other design tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or equivalent experience.
