Senior UX Researcher

Senior UX Researcher focused on AI to drive design of digital experiences in real estate and housing domain.

Responsibilities

• Apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and identify product opportunities
• Lead research projects such as usability testing, surveys, diary studies, concept evaluations, and co-design sessions
• Translate findings into strategic recommendations for product and design teams
• Build and manage a research roadmap that aligns with business priorities
• Promote ethical and inclusive practices in the development and application of AI
• Present findings to diverse stakeholders including designers, engineers, product managers, and executive leadership
• Contribute to a remote-first team environment, including occasional travel (6–8 weeks/year) for collaboration and team building

Requirements

• PhD with 4+ years of industry experience in UX research or PhD with post-doc experience and 2+ years in UX research roles
• Strong background in digital product research with a focus on user evaluation
• Experience conducting and moderating virtual research (e.g., interviews, usability sessions)
• Expertise in survey methodology and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis; familiarity with SQL
• Skilled in managing complex, ambiguous research initiatives and aligning them to business goals
• Effective communicator with strong product intuition
• Passionate about innovation and exploring new research tools and methodologies
