Lead Product Designer

TheGuarantors is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive innovation and create exceptional product experiences for property owners and operators.

Responsibilities

• Shaping digital experiences for owner and operator clients
• Designing intuitive, visually stunning, and data-driven interfaces
• Creating exceptional experiences and tools
• Impacting user journey by enhancing risk management and operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Driving innovation and future product design
• Directly impacting user experience and product success

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech/proptech industries
• Proven experience in high-quality, scalable design systems
• Proficient in modern design tools
• Self-motivated with impeccable execution in all aspects of design
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings
• Articulate design rationale
• Experience in an agile, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with data visualization (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with prototyping and motion design tools (Nice to Have)
• Experience in mentoring or leading UI/UX designers (Nice to Have)
• Understanding of property management, real estate, or fintech industries (Nice to Have)
