TheodoApps is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead strategic client partnerships and design innovative product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand client needs through strategic discussions
- Propose design recommendations based on deep product design knowledge
- Conduct user studies and develop user personas
- Create innovative design solutions and functional prototypes
- Ensure design consistency across all user touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of design excellence
- Participate in project proposals and internal projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead design initiatives
Requirements
- Bac+5 in a top design or business school
- 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, focusing on UX
- Experience in an agency or ESN with direct client contact
- Proficiency in Figma and design tools
- High curiosity and a test & learn approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
