Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact research opportunities
- Conduct foundational and tactical research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Design and execute end-to-end research studies including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and concept testing
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources using statistical methods
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user/UX research within consumer products or product development
- Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability testing
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Online research portfolio or PDF showcasing process and contributions
