Responsibilities

  • Lead and liaise with external agency partners on website projects
  • Create and publish new pages and sections for multiple websites
  • Develop a Digital CX/UX Continuous Improvement plan
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and systems teams for user-centric design
  • Monitor UX/CX trends and inform strategy
  • Analyze and report on digital continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in UX/CX design
  • Education and/or Work Experience in Human-Centred Design, User Experience, or related fields
  • Superior skills in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
