A Digital UX/CX Lead role at Shannex, focused on improving digital experiences for a healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and liaise with external agency partners on website projects
- Create and publish new pages and sections for multiple websites
- Develop a Digital CX/UX Continuous Improvement plan
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and systems teams for user-centric design
- Monitor UX/CX trends and inform strategy
- Analyze and report on digital continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/CX design
- Education and/or Work Experience in Human-Centred Design, User Experience, or related fields
- Superior skills in Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities

- Analytics and CMS platforms (e.g., Wordpress, Google Analytics)
