UI/UX Designer Remote

Join M0, a web3 technology company, as a Remote UI/UX Designer to innovate and design the future of web3, focusing on DeFi, NFTs, Metaverse, and DAO.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product design through research, wire-framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
• Create high-converting SaaS landing pages
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions based on research or A/B tests
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements and develop storyboards, mockups, and prototypes
• Translate concepts into wireframes and design deliverables for the engineering team
• Collaborate with developers to address design implementation challenges
• Identify design problems and devise user-centered solutions
• Rapidly test and iterate designs
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Act as a UX mentor and guide
• Document findings, improvements, and processes

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a UX designer in B2C SaaS products/platforms, complex enterprise platforms
• Proficient in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques
• Data-driven and uses quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions
• Strong sketching skills, moving seamlessly from low-fidelity to high-fidelity mockups
• Familiar with latest user-centered design trends and methodologies
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and related design tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, front-end markup languages
• Diverse digital portfolio showcasing interaction design, user experience, typography, and layouts
• Design Degree (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or Anthropology) or strong portfolio
