Content Designer/UX Writer

Content Designer needed to create seamless user experiences on Fiverr's digital products, focusing on product copy and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, consistent, and on-brand product copy
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Marketing, Brand, and Help Center writers
• Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Understand and utilize trends in content design, while contributing to and implementing content guidelines
• Maintain and champion the product’s tone and voice

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX writing/content design at a cross-functional tech company
• Mother-tongue level English (reading, writing, and speaking); Hebrew proficiency preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• B.A., preferably in Communications, English, Writing, or Media Studies
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content design work
• Curious, fiercely user-focused, and unafraid to tackle complex challenges
• Skilled at context switching and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Experience collaborating closely with designers and strong understanding of product design
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Deep understanding of user experience and solving user pain points
