Join Dilypse as a Product Designer, focusing on user research, UI/UX design, and product iteration to enhance our local SEO and reputation management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to understand needs and pain points.
  • Create user personas to guide design decisions and prioritization.
  • Map user journeys to identify improvement opportunities and potential friction points.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize the user experience.
  • Test usability and resolve any identified issues.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth product development process.
  • Maintain high design standards throughout the development process, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and meeting design expectations.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Iterate and refine the product continuously based on user feedback and data insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile-focused UI/UX design.
  • A certificate or bachelor’s degree in interaction design, user-centered design, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong client orientation and analytical skills.
  • Lean UX approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of Figma and its advanced features.
  • Experience with Agile teams and tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence.
