Join Dilypse as a Product Designer, focusing on user research, UI/UX design, and product iteration to enhance our local SEO and reputation management platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to understand needs and pain points.
- Create user personas to guide design decisions and prioritization.
- Map user journeys to identify improvement opportunities and potential friction points.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize the user experience.
- Test usability and resolve any identified issues.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth product development process.
- Maintain high design standards throughout the development process, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and meeting design expectations.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate and refine the product continuously based on user feedback and data insights.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile-focused UI/UX design.
- A certificate or bachelor’s degree in interaction design, user-centered design, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
- Strong client orientation and analytical skills.
- Lean UX approach and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of Figma and its advanced features.
- Experience with Agile teams and tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence.
