Founding UX Designer

Join our well-funded Series A B2B AI logistics startup as a Founding UX Designer, shaping user experience and product design from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define intuitive interfaces that make powerful technology feel effortless
• Design and lead the end-to-end design process, from research to final UI
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Create scalable, accessible interfaces for complex, data-heavy products

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design for complex, data-heavy products (ideally B2B SaaS)
• Proven ability to lead and own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI
• Strong grasp of design systems, usability principles, and creating scalable, accessible interfaces
• Ability to conduct or interpret user research and testing to inform and iterate on design decisions
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid schedule (2–3 days/week in-office)
