Senior Product Designer

Join ZoomInfo as a Senior Product Designer to lead the Talent product design with a focus on user research and innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research to implementation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for user productivity and delight
• Collaborate with Design Systems and Research teams to improve user experiences
• Integrate data-driven insights and AI tools into design for rapid iteration
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, especially in B2B / Enterprise SaaS
• Experience working on HR Tech or Recruiting (a plus)
• Demonstrated experience with user interviews, research, and usability testing
• Strong portfolio showcasing simplified B2B UIs and processes
• Expertise in design tools, including AI prototyping
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Track record of mentoring designers and building a culture of domain expertise and skill development
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
