Senior Product Designer, Service

Join the Product Design team as a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to understand problem contexts
• Advocate for user-centered design in discovery and solution processes
• Lead user research and synthesize findings for knowledge sharing
• Lead feedback sessions with marquee customers
• Create discussion guides, early concepts, and prototypes and iterate based on user feedback
• Involve product developers early in the design process for alignment
• Run discovery workshops using the team’s Design Playbook

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in product design, collaborating across the product life cycle
• User advocate with a mastery of efficient research methodology
• User experience obsessed
• Familiarity with LLMs or RAG (if applicable)
