Join Sitetracker as a Lead Product Designer in Bangalore, guiding the design team and collaborating with the US team.
Responsibilities
- Own a vertical/product area with a Product Manager and Tech Lead
- Involved in decisions from day one through launch
- Guide less experienced designers on the team
- Lead brainstorming and early feature discovery sessions
- Create and test designs with internal and external users
- Stay involved in feature development from conceptualization to code-complete
- Audit product area and identify improvement opportunities
- Familiarize with Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Conduct usability testing and research sessions
- Collaborate on improving design and product processes
- Contribute to and help scale the design system
- Drive the product roadmap and participate in every phase of the product development cycle
- Understand application of new technologies to support user experience
Requirements
- Effectively lead discussions and design activities
- Manage multiple projects and negotiate priorities
- Lead workshops to surface knowledge and ideas
- Execute a vision and clarify ambiguity
- Articulate design decisions effectively
- Use modern design tools like Figma, Miro, Coda, Maze, and Jira
- Apply user research methodologies
- Experience with information architecture and new product exploration
- Work with a distributed North American team
