Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer at Qualtrics to design innovative user experiences for a global customer base, focusing on mobile app integration and high-fidelity wireframes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leads on an innovative product roadmap.
• Build high-fidelity wireframes for a multi-variant workflow to simplify the customer journey.
• Attend UX team critiques, inform and support team members, and inspire junior designers.
• Translate usability study data into interface design improvements and prioritize them in sprint planning.
• Elevate the product by incorporating interaction design practices and contemporary UX trends.
• Support mobile app experience programs for world-class brands, integrating web interfaces into mobile apps.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an information architect, product, or user experience/interaction designer.
• Collaboration with cross-functional partners in shipping and maintaining products, with an online portfolio.
• Expertise in mobile app development and design to ensure performant and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
