We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create and evolve digital experiences with a focus on performance, usability, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire design process from conception to delivery, collaborating with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
• Translate business requirements and user behaviors into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Ensure a seamless, responsive, and consistent user experience across all devices and touchpoints.
• Develop and evolve design systems, documentation, and UI/UX best practices.
• Conduct or assist in user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking.
• Focus on user performance, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Track user behavior and usage metrics in tools such as Hotjar and GA, in partnership with the data team.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a UX/UI Designer (minimum 5 years) with a portfolio demonstrating complete digital product projects.
• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, Notion, and others.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices, UX writing, and responsive design.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and user feedback.
• Experience in B2C web/mobile platforms with high user volumes.
• Experience in the iGaming sector (cassinos, apostas esportivas, fantasy games) is a plus.
• Intermediate or advanced English (written and technical reading).
