Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the UX design efforts for cloud-based dentistry applications, driving innovations in dental care.
Responsibilities
- UX scoping: Define and scope UX requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Advanced Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX team, developers, and clinical experts.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and enhance user experience.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance to junior UX designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or interaction designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX design projects.
- Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team.
- Advanced knowledge of user-centered design methodologies.
- Business English fluency.
- 10% travel is expected.
